radiates outside its boundaries and containers. She playfully
refracts light using translucent, transparent or reflective
materials. Here Liz discusses the role of light in her work,

Rogier van der Heide is the chief design and
marketing officer of the Zumtobel Group and
a highly respected lighting designer. He has
received more than 20 design awards, and has
completed projects in collaboration with Renzo
Piano, Ben van Berkel, Rem Koolhaas, Zaha Hadid
and Michael Graves.
