Lighting Design
New York
Bradley Sisenwain, now an associate,
joined HLB as an intern, returning
later as a full-time lighting designer
in 2010. In the interim, he worked
as a teaching assistant, won second
place in the IES Design with Light
competition and worked full-time as
a technical applications specialist for
Erco Lighting. Technical know-how has
led his interests toward controls as
well as the effect of light on health and
wellbeing and the eventual prospect
of ‘prescribing’ light. Recent projects
include New Coney Island Hospital
in New York with NBBJ Architecture.
He has taken a lead in standardising
processes aimed at client care.
